Incubo/Nightmare

Duke’s nightmare is the only part I can consider finished of my comic. I enjoyed doing these drawings, since the character is so difficult to handle, his thoughts always hidden and a step forward the events and consequences…. A look at his dreams can be easier in some way. He has lost Naida a little before the dream, and she is a projection of his fears, or possibly even a part of his tormented mind constantly living in an awkward balance between what he was and what he is… a crushing past with a totally destructive war, crushing life, hope self-esteem and a present where he is apparently gaining balance … yet at the moment he isn’t facing the storm as he should…
